GEORGIA TINT LAW
What’s legal in Georgia.
Georgia’s tint law changed on July 1, 2026. On cars, front side windows need to let in at least 28% of light, and rear side and back windows at least 15%. SUVs, trucks and vans can go any darkness behind the driver. We’ll pick a shade that keeps your car legal.

Is it worth the drive from Alpharetta?
It’s about 30 minutes without traffic. You get 3M film that’s warranted for as long as you own your car, and a team that’s been doing this since 1986.
Can I get heat rejection without dark tint?
Yes. 3M Crystalline is a light film that still blocks a lot of heat. Tap the Crystalline card to see the numbers.
How long does it take?
A full car usually takes 1–2 hours, and two front doors usually take 30–45 minutes. If old film has to come off first, that adds time. Both shops have a waiting room.
